Policy on the Protection of Personal Information

Under the business vision of “aiming to become a healthcare infrastructure company through the digitalization of health information,” Value HR Co., Ltd. (“we,” “our,” or “us”) recognizes the importance of protecting personal information, respects the personal information entrusted to it by customers as something that constitutes the uniqueness and values of each individual, and will manage that information correctly and securely to build a solid relationship of trust with customers.
We have established the following policy regarding the handling of personal information necessary for business operations.
In addition, based on this policy, we have established rules for the protection of personal information which we will communicate thoroughly to all officers, employees, contract employees, temporary employees, etc. (collectively the “Employees”), and will take proactive measures to appropriately manage all personal information.
In order to achieve this purpose, all of our Employees assume responsibility for the implementation of that policy in accordance with their respective roles, and shall respect and comply with the policy.

1. Collection, Use, Provision, and Non-misappropriation of Personal Information

   We handle personal information appropriately in accordance with the prescribed rules for collecting, using, and providing personal information.
   In addition, we will not use personal information for anything other than our intended purpose, and will take measures to ensure this.

2. Compliance with Laws, Regulations and Standards

   In handling personal information, we will comply with the laws and regulations and other applicable standards with respect to the protection of that personal information.
   We will also ensure that our rules for the protection of personal information conform to those laws, regulations, and standards.

3. Security Measures and Rectification

   In order to securely manage personal information, we strive to prevent and rectify any unauthorized access to or loss, alteration, or divulgence of, personal information.

4. Handling of Complaints and Inquiries

   We will respond promptly and in good faith to any complaints and inquiries regarding the handling of personal information and the personal information protection management system.

5. Continuous Improvement

   We will formulate, implement, and maintain a personal information protection management system, and continuously improve that system to further ensure the protection of personal information.
