(“we,” “our,” or “us”) recognizes the importance of protecting personal information, respects the personal information entrusted to it by customers as something that constitutes the uniqueness and values of each individual, and will manage that information correctly and securely to build a solid relationship of trust with customers.
We have established the following policy regarding the handling of personal information necessary for business operations.
In addition, based on this policy, we have established rules for the protection of personal information which we will communicate thoroughly to all officers, employees, contract employees, temporary employees, etc. (collectively the “Employees”), and will take proactive measures to appropriately manage all personal information.
In order to achieve this purpose, all of our Employees assume responsibility for the implementation of that policy in accordance with their respective roles, and shall respect and comply with the policy.

We will also ensure that our rules for the protection of personal information conform to those laws, regulations, and standards. -

In order to securely manage personal information, we strive to prevent and rectify any unauthorized access to or loss, alteration, or divulgence of, personal information.

We will respond promptly and in good faith to any complaints and inquiries regarding the handling of personal information and the personal information protection management system.

We will formulate, implement, and maintain a personal information protection management system, and continuously improve that system to further ensure the protection of personal information.
