平成30年度健康診断について

平成30度の健康診断の概要をご案内いたします。健保組合は被保険者ならび被扶養者のみなさまの健康診断を毎年実施しています。みなさまの健康チェックにご活用ください。

■ 平成30年度定期健診等の年間スケジュール

定期健診 - 若年健診生活習慣病健診（特定健診を含む）人間ドック（日帰り・特定健診を含む）	H30/4/1～H31/3/31 （予約はH30/3/19～H31/3/15）
インフルエンザ予防接種	H30/9/1～H31/2/15

＞「健康診断について」

特定健診・特定保健指導について 40歳以上の被保険者・被扶養者の方を対象にメタボリックシンドローム（内臓脂肪症候群）に着目した特定健康検査（特定健診）を行い、その結果に基づいて特定保健指導を実施いたします。

PwC Health Insurance Society carries out medical check-ups for all the employees under our health insurance program as well as their dependents every year. We hope you will take advantage of this opportunity to check on the health of you and your family.

■ Annual schedule for FY2018 regular medical check-up

＞「Health examinations」

Specific health check-up and specific health guidance for FY2018 Specific health check-up focusing on the screening of metabolic syndrome will be carried out for the insured employees and their dependents who are 40 and above. Specific health guidance will be provided based on those results.
